Our in-house Freeze Casting Facility can produce parts from 10g to 100kg.

We manufacture Filter holders, Support rings and breaker rings to compliment our CERACAT filter range and Holloware.

• Parts that were previously Hydraulically or isostatically pressed convert readily to freeze casting
• Excellent for making small batches and prototyping without high tooling costs.
• Parts can be made high or low density
• Utilising Carbon Bonding or without
• Minimal shrinkage
